Medina – You and I – Danish Music

Over the last couple of years, one artist has dominated the Danish charts like no other: Medina. This half-Danish, half-Chilean dance pop songstress is often dubbed “Denmark’s version of Lady GaGa”. Medina gained international success with her debut single Kun For Mig, which was later released in an English version titled You and I. The latter ended up getting remixed by many high profile producers, like Deadmau5 and Tiësto. You and I reached #39 on the UK Singles chart and #6 on the US Hot Dance Airplay chart. In her native Denmark, Medina has scored an impressive 7 #1 singles since arriving on the scene in 2008. Danish Music have also heard rumours of Medina auditioning for the new James Bond film, Skyfall.
